Martion invasion ?	Can't Post

Hi everybody,
I'm looking for the name of a tv-movie. The story is, earth is invaded by martians. They stopped time and everybody and everything is frozen in time. Except for a few children.They were playing with toy space helmets on. And they were not influenced. They find a cure to restore time and movement. They lifted a balloon and released a product in the air. By doing this, the martians dissapear and time and movement is restored. Does anyone remerber the title ?
