Kids swapping homes in Europe programme? Can't Post

Anyone know the name of the programme where a child spent a week in the home of a child from some other european country?

It had a theme tune with lyrics something like "I'll live in your house, you'll live in my house..."

Hi Grozbat,I thought I was the only one who remembered that programme. It was called "If you were me" ( I think )
A British kid would live with a European kid and vice versa. I have never seen it anywhere on internet searches and thought I had dreamed it all at one point!

You're right, it was definitely called "If you were me" or something very like it. Thanks for that!

I remember this one. It had a catchy song that went "If I were you and you were me, what would you do what would I be?".

But I can't find any reference to this anywhere!

It was a BBC1 programme apparently.

I found a reference to it at here: http://www.tvcream.co.uk/?cat=363
