Chocolate bar from the 70's ?

Does anyone remember eating this chocolate bar in the 70's? It was dark chocolate and thin like an after eight mint but longer and in the middle it was bright green like little shards of glass! I can't remember the wrapper or anything else really but no-one i know remembers it.

Mint Cracknel or some such spelling, used to leave shards of mint in the roof of your mouth

i remember a similar bar but think it was called ice breaker it had a light blur shiny wrapper and a lighting streak in silver or vice versa
